Outlaw Briefcases!

Well, there's been another shooting. This time in NY. Which can't even be possible, because Mayor Bloomberg outlawed guns. But, I heard the gunman carried extra ammo to the shooting in a BRIEFCASE. That might explain it. No one thought to outlaw those damn BRIEFCASES! I say we should out law them across the nation! They are everywhere and they all could be carrying ammo!

BAN THE BRIEFCASE! They are instruments of DEATH!!!
