Denny's Gets Sued

A NJ Man is suing Denny's for unsafe levels of sodium in the food. The claim specifically states the some of the food has more than 100% the RDA levels of sodium. That apparently violates some NJ law. I wonder how many restaurants are serving food with more than 100% the RDA levels of sodium. This could be the tip of the iceberg. Glenn Beck showed a platter of the suspect menu offering on his show Friday. He summed it up well. First, if you look at the platter and thinks it's healthy for you, maybe it's God's way of sorting out the stupid people. Second, you don't have to eat it, it's a freedom of choice thing. Who could really argue that this country does not need tort reform?
